I'm part of the travel design team. I look after Flights, Buses, international travel growth and horizontal system experiences.

I worked on Gold saving accounts retention and design initiatives. We solve the problems of educating about saving in gold, building trust in the platform, and providing assistance to the user for taking a better financial decision.

I work on the pay later consumer products at Simpl. We solve the problem of how to explain pay later as a convenience product rather then a credit instrument. Another core problem we look at is how to give better shopping limits to our users early in there lifecycle at Simpl.

We started the New Initiatives team at Bikayi. It was responsible for building the products for the increasing use cases of our existing merchants while helped in increasing the TG. Post switch to Bik.ai we worked on establishing the first design system at Bik.

As a design intern, I conducted research on user expectations of a ₹60,000 credit limit. We educated users during credit card onboarding about the difference between sanctioned and credit limits, which reduced customer support tickets. We also introduced a new credit-on-FD card.
